    About Rosalind Spigel (She/They)

    Rosalind Spigel, MSOD, ACC, works with nonprofits to achieve their goals and fulfill their vision. In collaboration with clients, Rosalind designs and facilitates customized strategic planning and implementation, DE&I initiatives, leadership coaching, board development, capacity building interventions, and workshops. A certified Standards of Excellence© consultant, Rosalind is a consultant with the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations and The Hub in addition to The Nonprofit Center. She was a Coach and Practicum Advisor to the American University’s Master of Science, Organization Development program and is a guest DEI lecturer at Jefferson University. Education and training: BA from George Washington University; MSOD from American University/National Training Laboratories; coach training from the Gestalt International Study Center; certification from the International Coaching Federation; trained to lead Future Search conferences, When Cultures Meet, Friday Night at the ER; certified to administer TTI Insights behavior and motivator instruments and DiSC; DEI training includes and not limited to the National Coalition Building Institute, Race Forward, Training for Change. She has taught DEI, designed and facilitated DEI initiatives, and co-facilitated Intersectional Feminism conversations and Open Forums on Race. She is the recipient of the Hal Kellner Award for contributions to issues of diversity and social justice and has published on leadership, gender bias, and most recently co-authored, Dissecting Meaning, Scope, and Roles of Social Justice and Social Action. Rosalind is a Commissioner of the Haverford Township Human Relations Commission.
