Hawwa Muhammad, Founder of Pink Trumpet, is a seasoned social impact consultant dedicated to supporting mission-driven organizations. Using her decade-long experience in the nonprofit sector, she created a consultancy that helps transition ideas into actions for social initiatives by bringing a project management lens to the work. Hawwa designs operational infrastructure for under-resourced communities and optimizes processes to enhance social service delivery. Hawwa’s approach to helping communities address inequities is firmly rooted in creating human-centered solutions in collaboration with communities; she is passionate about using her skills in project management, performance measurement, and communications to advocate for others and improve the delivery of social services. Hawwa received her MPA from the Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration and a Political Science BA from Rutgers University.
