Too often, we set impact goals and decide what to measure based on the needs of our funders. But YOU: your staff, leaders, and the communities you work with are the experts on the change you are making in the world. In this class, you will learn how to Own Your Impact by developing a powerful theory of change, developing clear impact goals, setting up easy-to-use creative measurement tools, and crafting vibrant sharable stories of impact.  You will leave with a clear impact measurement plan, creative measurement tools, a customized impact tracker, and a template for your next powerful impact report.

***This class includes an hour of 1 on 1 consulting, which will occur after the class to build on what you learned. We will contact you individually to arrange your session.
