Kara Wentworth
Throughout her career, Kara has helped nonprofits learn, build capacity, and build toward equity. From launching a new public school in Seattle to building a model for community-centered design and impact strategy for public TV, she has consistently focused on elevating community-led solutions to key community needs. She believes we can have a greater impact through collaborative innovation, designing stronger programs and more just systems led by the people they are for.
Roshawnda Washington
Roshawnda obtained a Master of Social Work with a concentrated study in Community Organization, Planning and Administration from the University of Southern California. Working with nonprofit and community organizations following the completion of her degree, she has experience in program development, implementation and evaluation as well as building volunteer initiatives and programming as it pertains to community activism.
Currently Roshawnda works with Dow Chemical Company in the Delaware Valley as their Volunteer Program Manager. In this role she works closely with the Dow Foundation board to engage community and nonprofit organizations around the Delaware Valley and across the United States. Partnering
