Cynthia Mullins

Cynthia R. Mullins is an experienced business law, human resources, and education professional. She serves as international legal counsel and chief human resources officer for a global transformational consultancy. Also, she is CEO & Founder of Baldwin Rise, a mission-driven firm dedicated to holistic and human centered learning and development, training, mentoring, academic coaching, and leading inspiring learning events.

She is an affiliate faculty member in higher education teaching human resources management, organizational behavior, organizational development, negotiation, leadership, business law, paralegal, and workforce development courses. Currently her nonprofit commitments include mentor and scholarship review member for the Jackie Robinson Foundation; regional trustee for the National Urban League; board member of Martha’s Vineyard Center for Education and Training; and officer of Cooper Worth Wiggins, Inc., an organization dedicated to supporting art collections of HBCUs (historically black colleges and universities).

Cynthia holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law; Master’s degree in business ethics and compliance from Cambridge College; and Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Connecticut.
