    Allison Trimarco is the founder of Creative Capacity, which works with nonprofit organizations of all types to develop creative solutions to nonprofit management challenges. Her practice focuses on strategic planning, fundraising, communications, and board development projects. Since 2002, she has helped more than 100 nonprofits develop their management capacity to better serve their organization’s mission. Her clients work in every sector of the nonprofit field, but she has a special interest in working with arts and culture organizations, youth development groups, and women’s organizations.
