The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University’s School of Business and The Montgomery County Foundation, Inc. are collaborating to offer an opportunity for free, instant consulting on some key issues.
How it works
On Wednesday, March 25, 2015, from 9 to noon, Nonprofit Center staff and consultants will be available at The Montgomery County Foundation, Inc., 4 Sentry Parkway East, Suite 302, Blue Bell, PA, providing a series of free 20-minute consultations to nonprofit professionals who have been pre-approved via a simple application process.
You can make an appointment for a speed consultation in one or more (based on availability) of the following topics:
●Governance●Strategic Planning●Leadership●Boards●Executive Transitions(Succession Planning,Interim Executive Directors)
●Fundraising●Evaluation●Human Resources● Marketing/Communications●Finance●
In addition, staff from The Montgomery County Foundation, Inc. and The Nonprofit Center will be on hand to discuss their services and professional development opportunities.
How can I participate?
In keeping with our concept of speed, we’ve created a simple form for you to complete and return by February 16 to Stean Wilborn, [email protected]/ You will then be given a specific appointment and must arrive 10 minutes prior to that appointment to guarantee it. We cannot fill specific time requests – we will provide you with an appointment within the three-hour session. You may request up to three consultations (be sure to describe each request separately) and this opportunity is open to all staff and board members.
