Capacity-Building Assistance
If your nonprofit organization serves special needs children, youth and families in Bucks County, you may be eligible to receive capacity building consulting services, on-site training and other technical assistance, funded by Foundations Community Partnership.
Organizations that meet the above criteria are encouraged to contact the Foundation to further discuss their eligibility to apply for these services that will be delivered by experts from The Nonprofit Center at La Salle University’s School of Business

Among the key issues that this support will help organizations address are:
• strategic planning
• human resources skills development, such as supervision and communication
• program evaluation
• fund development plans
Free Program on Understanding the Consulting Process
A second program being offered by The Foundation in partnership with The Nonprofit Center is a free presentation that provides valuable insights and information for any organization that is considering the possibility of a future consulting project. “Demystifying the Consulting Process,” will offer tips, advice and information that will help you maximize the positive impact of any consulting project by sharing an insider’s perspective on the process.
The Foundations Community Partnership is an independent nonprofit operating foundation. Foundations Community Partnership supports behavioral
health education and research, provides grants and technical assistance for
nonprofit organizations, awards scholarships to Bucks County high school
seniors, subsidizes service learning internships for college students and
underwrites community education programs.
