Leadership Development
CLEAR Circles for Executive Directors
Nonprofit executive directors from throughout the region find peer support and shared problem-solving strategies through professionally facilitated learning circles called CLEAR Circles (Cultivating Leadership, Excellence and Responsibility). These small, peer-directed learning groups for nonprofit leaders provide new insights in a supportive and confidential environment that enables the participants to benefit from each other and share experiences that they would never raise with co-workers or board members. Groups meet monthly over nine-months, with many renewing their commitments beyond the initial period.
Free information sessions to introduce potential new members to the concept are held periodically in a variety of locations.
