Certificate in Supervisory Management

The Certificate in Supervisory Management was created in 2007 in response to requests to help those new to supervision develop the skills required to be more efficient managers. While we come to our managerial roles with skills in our program areas, techniques for supervision - whether it's one one person or 50 - are often overlooked or simply assumed.  If you want to help your staff function better in their jobs, the Certificate in Supervisory Management will help you develop the skills to support them.
