BEWARE: DO NOT USE YOUR GPS.  IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE OUR ADDRESS CORRECTLY AND WILL GET YOU TERRIBLY LOST.

The Nonprofit Center is located on the La Salle University West Campus, on the former site of Germantown Hospital. We are located on the first floor of Founders Hall and there are direction signs on the walls.

From Parking Lot K: Once you enter the building , walk straight back through two sets of double doors until you see The Nonprofit Center’s doors directly in front of you. If you have any problems, call us at 215-951-1701.

From South/West of Philadelphia via I-95 North
  • Take I-95 North and follow the signs to the I-76 West/Schuylkill Expressway (the exit is near the Philadelphia International Airport). You will be crossing the George Platt Bridge and then at the bottom of the bridge, make a left at the traffic light. This will take you directly to I-76 West bound.
  • Stay on I-76 to Roosevelt Boulevard (Rt.1 N) to Broad Street exit
  • Left (north) onto Broad Street; stay near left turn lane
  • Left onto Belfield (there is a left turn signal); follow Belfield past a park-like wooded area (Wister Woods)
  • Stay on Belfield (pass 20th Street) and turn right on Wister Street
  • Halfway up Wister Street, look for the La Salle University sign on your left and turn into Parking Lot K.
  • Enter the building and proceed down that hallway directly in front of you. Keep walking down the hall through one set of double doors. The next set of double doors is the entrance to The Nonprofit Center. Ring the bell for entry.
  • If you arrive outside of normal business hours, the front door to the building may be locked. Call our office at 215-951-1701 for entry.

I-76/Schuylkill Expressway
  • Take I-76 to Roosevelt Boulevard (Rt.1 N) to Broad Street exit and follow steps above From Montgomery County & Central Bucks County
  • Route 611 South to Broad & Olney
  • Right onto Olney, continue past Hayman Hall (gymnasium complex)
  • Turn left at next traffic light – Wister Street (4th light)
  • Halfway down Wister, you will see a La Salle sign for Parking Lot K, on your right
  • Turn right into that lot and park and walk into the building in front of you.
  • Enter the building and proceed down that hallway directly in front of you. Keep walking down the hall through one set of double doors. The next set of double doors is the entrance to The Nonprofit Center.Ring the bell for entry.
  • If you arrive outside of normal business hours, the front door to the building may be locked. Call our office at 215-951-1701 for entry.

From Northeast Philadelphia
  • Roosevelt Boulevard South to Adams Avenue
  • Right onto Adams Avenue to Rising Sun
  • Left onto Rising Sun Ave. to Olney Ave.
  • Right onto Olney Ave. and continue past Hayman Hall (gymnasium complex)
  • At Wister Street, turn left
  • Halfway down Wister St. look for La Salle Parking lot K on your right
  • Park in Lot K and enter the building in front of you
  • Enter the building and proceed down that hallway directly in front of you. Keep walking down the hall through one set of double doors. The next set of double doors is the entrance to The Nonprofit Center. Ring the bell for entry.
  • If you arrive outside of normal business hours, the front door to the building may be locked. Call our office at 215-951-1701 for entry.

By Public Transportation
  • La Salle is 4 blocks west of Olney subway station on the Broad Street subway
  • Rte. 18 & 26 buses from the Olney subway station stop at the former Germantown Hospital (where The Nonprofit Cneter is located). The stop is just past the intersection of Wister St. and Olney Ave.
  • Cross Olney and walk down Penn Blvd. (through the “gates” to ths hospital).
  • ALTERNATELY: The La Salle University free shuttle, which runs every 15 minutes, stops at North Broad St. and W. Olney Ave. (east side) and will take you to Penn Blvd., at the front of the former Germantown Hospital.
  • Enter the building at the first set of doors and walk straight down the corridor; at the end of the hallway, turn left and walk down that hallway
  • At the end of that hallway, turn left. Walk through the first set of double doors and ring our doorbell.
